I have come to realize throughout my artistic journey that art is more than just creating something visually appealing. Rather, it's a way to understand the world around me. Through my art, I express and embrace the messiness of life, using lively colors and patterns to show that even in mayhem, there is beauty and light. My art both expresses what is happening in the moment and leaves room for interpretation. My work is influenced by master artists of the past including Pablo Picasso, Keith Haring, Red Grooms, Franz Kline and Aboriginal artists. My voyage has just begun as a young artist who is growing, experimenting, and breaking boundaries, and I hope my pieces encourage others to see life from new perspectives. Ultimately, my goal is to keep pushing myself as an artist while inviting others to engage with my work and find their meaning in it.
